Ramona also manages the arrangements between the attorneys, clients, and potential experts. She also prepares discovery responses and damages summaries. Her thorough trial support makes her an essential element to every function in the firm.
While she was working at Fellman, Moylan, Natvig, Wilke & Wik in Omaha, Nebraska, Ramona completed her Associates Degree in Legal Assisting and Paralegal Studies in 2001. Recently, she worked as the lead trial paralegal in one of Arkansas’ largest nursing home neglect verdicts. The wide range of experience Ramona brings to the Law Office of Thomas G. Buchanan enhances the value of every case.
Her Native American culture taught Ramona the importance of caring and respecting others. She is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. She served the elder population in South Dakota, North Dakota and Nebraska as a Certified Nursing Assistant for nursing homes. She also worked as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for the Teton Ambulance Service in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. She is still dedicated to helping people today as she provides clients with respectful and efficient support.
